RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping with UyulJewels.
Please read the following Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
By completing a purchase with us, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.
1. Order Confirmation
Once an order has been confirmed and payment is successfully made, no design changes are allowed after the item has been received by the customer.
2. Eligibility for Return / Exchange
Returns or exchanges are only allowed under the following circumstances:
• The item received is defective or faulty, OR
• The item received is incorrect due to an error on our part, OR
• The original design is out of stock (design exchange only, subject to availability)
❌ Returns or refunds are NOT allowed for:
• Change of mind
• Wrong design chosen by the customer
• Items that have been used, worn, altered, or damaged by the customer
For any return or refund request due to damaged items, customers are REQUIRED to provide a full unboxing video as proof.
- The unboxing video must be clear, continuous (no cuts), and show the parcel condition before opening until the item is fully revealed.
- All items undergo a quality check before being shipped out.
- This requirement is to prevent misuse, including cases where items have been used but claimed as damaged upon arrival.
Any claims made without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a fair process for all parties.
3. Size Exchange
• Size exchange only is allowed.
• All shipping costs for return and reshipment shall be fully borne by the customer.
4. Design Exchange (Selected Cases Only)
Design exchange is strictly limited to:
• Proven product defects or errors caused by UyulJewels, OR
• When the original design is no longer available.
All exchanges are subject to current stock availability.
5. Return Procedure
• Customers must contact us via WhatsApp at 013-770 0146 to request a return or exchange.
• All instructions, approvals, and communication will be handled via WhatsApp only.
• Any return made without prior WhatsApp approval will not be accepted.
6. Return Method
• All return and exchange processes are conducted ONLINE only.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) or face-to-face meetings will not be entertained.
7. Condition of Returned Items
• Returned items must be in original condition, unused, unworn, unaltered, and complete as received.
• All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
• If the item does not meet the return conditions, UyulJewels reserves the right to return the item back to the customer.
8. Reshipping (Resend)
• Reshipping will only be arranged after the returned item has been fully received and approved.
• Reshipping will be done via DFOD / J&T.
• All shipping costs are not covered by UyulJewels, unless the issue is due to our error.
9. Refund Policy
• UyulJewels does not offer refunds.
• In the event of an approved case, customers may be eligible for a return or exchange only, subject to our policy and stock availability.
• All payments made are non-refundable.
10. Approval & Final Decision
• All return and exchange requests are subject to approval by UyulJewels.
• All decisions made by UyulJewels are final and non-negotiable.
