SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with UyulJewels.
Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped daily, including weekends and public holidays.
• UyulJewels operates on an everyday shipping basis.
• Shipping will only be paused if an official notice or update is posted by UyulJewels.
• In the absence of any such update, customers may assume that orders will be shipped as usual.


2. Shipping Method

• All orders are shipped via DFOD / J&T Express.
• Tracking numbers will be provided once the parcel has been shipped.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time (after shipment):
• Peninsular Malaysia: 1–3 working days
• East Malaysia: 3–5 working days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.


4. Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
• All shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error is caused by UyulJewels.


5. Incorrect Address

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.
• UyulJewel will not be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• Any reshipment costs due to incorrect address will be borne by the customer.


6. Delayed or Lost Parcels

• UyulJewels is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.
• In the event of a lost parcel, we will assist customers in submitting a claim to the courier, subject to courier policies.


7. Damaged Items During Shipping

• If an item is damaged upon arrival, customers must contact us within 48 hours with clear photo or video proof.
